Fix magento css rendering issue

I have changed my magento 2.0 store from using http to https and changed a few setting in web, now the website is not rendering css at all. The css file path no longer use pub/static hence the system can't find it. I need someone asap to fix the path issue for me, this can be done easily via database modify.
