Full-Time - Full Stack Web Developer Required - Work From Home -- 2

Do You Have Expert Level: • API Skills; • Wordpress Plugin Development and Shortcode Development advanced skills; • Front end and Back end Development skills including: JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, PHP, ASP, REST, NodeJS, Webview JS SDK, etc etc • Can you speak in English and are you a Solo Provider that we will hire Directly, ie you do not work for an Agency? If you answered Yes, we want to hire you FULL TIME, commencing Immediately! This will be a Full-Time role working 45hrs per week. This means 9+ hours Per day. We would like to hire someone that will work for our company for 5+ years (just as our previous contractor has from India). Payment will be made at the end of each month. YOUR DAILY OBLIGATIONS Before you finish Each Day, it is Mandatory you record a 3minute Audio/Video, similar to Agile Standups explaining; 1. What was worked on for the day; 2. What results you achieved and the task/s that were completed; 3. What tasks are pending with confirmation of project delivery on agreed delivery date; We will give you a wide variety of Technical and non-technical tasks/projects to do and you must be willing and eager to complete whatever job we give you. Tasks could be complex and Very challenging in nature, or may even be non-technical in nature. This is a Self Driven, Autonomous Role. Not a hand holding role! You will need to quickly understand our desired solution that we will clearly explain by video, and complete all the necessary steps to Develop, Test and Deliver the solution efficiently. Salary Your Salary will be 30,000 – 35,000 INR per month (Negotiable depending on experience and expertise in all the above). We will require you to work exclusively for us, and work 45hrs of work per week. How we will communicate: We will communicate with you, via Recorded screen capture videos to show you what we need done for the day. These videos will be uploaded to dropbox and then we will email you asking you to watch the video to complete our requirements.
