Incentive site similar to Reliaclick

Hi, I need a site extremely similar to [login to view URL] I need it to have all the functionalities of reliaclick including getpaid to shop section. Signup process for user and user experience must be the same. I am looking for a simple back-end admin as well. I own the reliaclick site but havent used it in some time. Twitter, facebook and site updates through rss feed.
