READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING BLINDLY We are looking for someone to create us a media player like VLC player. We want you to take an OPEN SOURCE media player that already exists on the internet and replace it throughout and re brand it completely with our logo throughout. You will need to change the user interface slightly to make it look different. This will be a DESKTOP PC program. You can use any open source media player you want – however it will need to be COMPLETELY changed - We would like you to use: [login to view URL] You NEED to have experience doing this. You will need to also create an installer for this at the end. We will provide you the graphic work of our logo and our icon. Before you bid on this -make sure you have experience doing this!
