Modify Wordpress Plugin

I purchased the event tickets plus plugin from [login to view URL] and have set it up. It allows you to create custom attendee fields but i have some issues: 1 - I want every text entered into the fields to be First Letter capitalized so we have a nicely formatted data without inconsistencies. I contacted their support and they said by default their plugin cannot do that but it can be forced by editing the meta template. Please refer to their response below: --------------------- There is no way to do this through our plugin out of the box. You can try customizing the attendee meta data template to force this option. --------------------- I need you to edit that file for me and force this option. 2. To view the attendee list and rsvp list, i need to go to the page i created and in the section for tickets under the post box, click on View Attendee List and also View RSVP List. I need to have these items moved to the main menu so one can access it directly (view some screens attached) 3. In the attendee and RSVP report, i need to make some additions. The default report allows you to export the data to csv format. It shows your total by ticket type, total checked in but i want to be able to add features that lets us see total registrant by country, city, by organization, by sector of interest and also export all these data.
