Need changes /features in my website. PHP/Laravel/MySQL

I have a small website which implements features of social networking website and connects people based on their interests. I wish to add the following features to the website: 1) Location Based Updates on the homepage (e.g., if the user is from Chandigarh, the event or other updates he receives are from Chandigarh). This feature is applicable both if the user is logged in, or NOT logged in (based on the IP). Hence, the updates shown are only from user's city or within ~100km of user's city or geolocation. 2) Implement username functionality in the profiles, like twitter's @ 3) Implement @ functionality to tag people in updates, messages and corresponding notifications. 4) Two pages need to be designed and coded (user activity on the website AND member of groups) 5) Following a post needs to be implemented. 6) Export Calendar to Google Calendar, iCal, Outlook plugin needs to be added. 7) Some free (or cheaper) analytics software needs to be implemented into major pages. 8) Create a sign up page for the website that needs to have dynamic text and images defined by me at the back-end and based on the URL, the text and images will change. 9) Sign in with Social Network APIs need to fetch more data than what is currently there. 10) While replying to this, please ask me what is my website address so that I know you read this. It is written in PHP using Laravel and MySQL. 11) Usernames need to be implemented (like Twitter and Instagram and Facebook have). Back-end option needs to be provided where I can blacklist some usernames. 12) Resolve 10 existing crashes with the existing website. You will be working through GitLab, hence a knowledge on how to use Gitlab parallely with another team is a must. Laravel is also a must.
