Need to develop database

About us: We are a couple of subject matter experts who have an idea for a relational database that we would like to develop for our own use and eventually bring to market as we know there is a need for it. What we're looking for: An experienced developer to build out our initial ideals. We need someone to work on developing the database and advising us on the best most cost-effective method. We are flexible with the deliverables; however, we would like this to be completed within the next month. The right developer will have experience in the creation of similar databases and web development. There will be eight different user groups, each with unique folder, document and note permissions. The folder, which is a unique case will have the ability to have case documents attached and viewable only from within the specific folder. Some users will have access to more than one folder or group of folders. For example an authorized agent from company A will have access to all folders belonging to company A. Likewise, an agent of company B may have access to some folders of company A, etc. There will be administration capabilities for three users and one master administration. The administrators will have folder and agent creation capabilities as well as all folder, document and note permissions. The data base will be cloud based and developed for AWS services and security services. The data base will generate reports and case updates as requested by an authorized user from within the folder. The database will have date trigger reminder capabilities customized within each individual case and available as a choice from a saved set of reminder templates. The project will also include a web portal with two step authentication access. In your proposal, please share a brief summary of your experience and tell us about a similar project you worked on.
