Hi, Things are quite clear to me. I'll add a self generated number with every order made which then can be tracked. As you said the tracking information will be entered manually. So do you need this tracking information to be entered into the same shopify site or another site ? An interface in the admin to enter tracking information and the interface for user can be provided within the shopify site where he/she can know the location. Also this can be done in the form of a plugin. I'll look forward for your response and to discuss this further. Also, I'll adjust my bid after discussing and agreeing on the final deliverables. السلام عليكم لدي متجر الكتروني ولدي فريق توصيل للطلبات ارغب بان ارسل لاي عميل قام بالشراء من متجري رابط لكي يقوم بتحديد موقعه ووقت استلام الشحنه او ان يتم تحويله مباشرة من متجري عند انهاء الطلب على البرنامج لتحديد موقعه ووقت استلام الشحنه ويكون هناك وقت محدد لساعات العمل من الساعه ؟ الى الساعة ؟ يتم تسليم الشحنات للمناديب التوصيل كل مندوب يتم تسليمه مجموعه من الطلبات بعد استلام المندوب للشحنات يظهر في قائمته جميع الطلبات مرتبه تلقائيا حسب الاقرب فالاقرب عند تسليم كل شحنه يقوم بوضع علامة تم الانتهاء العميل يستطيع ان يتابع مسار شحنته مثلا بالمستودع تم تسليم الشحنه لمندوب التوصيل الوقت المتوقع لتسليم الشحنه رقم المندوب او وتساب المندوب تقيم الخدمة كذلك استطيع استعراض عدد الطلبات لكل مندوب مستوى رضاء العميل سرعة المندوب
