orphans database platform

hi, we're a humanitarian organization that specializes in orphans of war. we

are planning to make a new project that involves a platform for those orphans.

platform goals:

- so other organizations involved with orphans can upload their orphan databases and the platform

will organize and check for duplications. (duplications will be shown in the orphan profile)

- allow them access statistics and information and it will also be used for generating

reports.

- improve communications and facilitate our work and the work of our partners.

I am their computer engineer, and I have came across an open source project called CiviCRM. I

am just looking for someone who have an experience with software architecture and CiviCRM, to help us write the initial study for the project. this study will include diagrams that explain how the platform will be working. and a simple plan about how the project will be implemented . and then in stage 2 will be to help us in building the platform.
