Hi, not sure what you mean by web based... I can code an Excel App with macro, where you will select you txt file, click a button and the result will be generate in an Excel sheet with these 2 column : ISBN and amount. If this solution satisfy you, I can do it in few hours from now. Thanks

Individual PHP/MYSQL/ web scraping expert here. you told "After processing the first datablock allow the user to clear the datablock field and paste in another datablock. Keep adding to the output file until the user stops. Should be pretty simple. Let me know how long it will take to do this." Why not we store this in a database and show it as final output once all done? Do you need the output file append till there is END button and START button so script will know when to start appending to a new file and END it and show the FULL output from the roadblock of content pasted? Clear to me please.

Hi, i guess you need like one simple html page with text area to paste this, some button for - process this - and another text area r table to view current results, and a save button to save as text file.. you may run it from server, or just open it in browser from your harddsisk as its javascript only processing or course you may also submit to server to save as file/database / do whatver..
