PHP/Html/CSS coders for themes reselling

We are starting a team for themes and sell them on sites like Envato/ThemeForest and Creativemarket. We want to cover several platforms: WordPress, Shopify, Magento, and others, so apply if you are familiar with building themes for any category available on the mentioned sites. We need additional developers for our team. We will together estimate and evaluate each theme to be produced. Deliverable means theme approved on the reselling site. [login to view URL] How this process should go / job requirements: - We will provide a niche and sometimes example design idea. - You need to provide 3-5 proposals on designs - We will pick one or more, set milestones for it. - You develop and deliver polished theme within the agreed deadline We also have a bonus program on themes well-performing (over 1k downloads) As said previously, as this is a long-term position, we want somebody who we can rely on to complete the job without too many complications/communication nor micro-management.
