PHP/MySQL Barcode EAN16 for Users

Dear Freelancer! I am currently working on a user management project and I need a barcode function for my users. If someone knows how to do that, it should be a fast & easy job. Let me explain my project in more detail: I coded a user management software where people can register. Everything is done with Bootstrap, PHP/MySQL and Javascript so far. It is a simple registration/login form compared with a user interface where they can see their data and edit their personal information. What I need now is the following function: Everytime a new user registers on my website a random barcode with the type EAN16 should be generated. Every user should get his own barcode. This barcode must be visible after registration inside the user interface. Now a user has the possibility to visit me personally and order some food. The user pays his food on a monthly subscription so the only thing my barcode scanner should do is that everytime I scan the barcode, a new line should appear inside the admin panel and user interface with the DATE and TIME the person ordered the food. So that I can see at the end of the month that for example user XX ordered 15times during this month and if I click on details I should be able to see the date and time the user ordered the food.
