Php script to download and import data to mysql

We need a script written in php/mysql/linux to perform the following: 1. Download the latest BasicCompanyData files from [login to view URL] Application must be able to determine all the latest files and the number of files in the dataset as some months there may be less or more files. There will be no manual input provided to the script about the input files. 2. Unzip all files to a temporary directory. 3. Import data for selected columns and all data rows to a MySQL comp_data_staging table. Data from old month must be kept in comp_data_main table while import is progressing. 4. Check for consistency of comp_data_staging data. 5. Swap tables (RENAME TABLE comp_data_main TO comp_data_main_old, comp_data_staging TO comp_data_main;) 6. Delete temporary downloaded files (no other files should be deleted) 7. Email me the completion status: Pass status (Number of companies extracted this month, number of companies in previous month’s data set, filenames downloaded this month and time taken to complete the entire operation) or Fail Status (reason for failure). The script must output basic information on what it is currently doing so it can be troubleshooted when ran manually from the command line. Only the following data columns need to be imported to the tables: CompanyName (indexed for faster search) CompanyNumber (primary key) [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] CompanyCategory CompanyStatus [login to view URL] [login to view URL] SICCode.SicText_1 [login to view URL] and CompanyName must be indexed for fast search. You need to develop this on your own servers and send me the SQL schema to create the DB tables and the PHP script for testing. This is a very easy project for a good developer.
