WP plugin to capture leads and sell them to companies

Hello, We capture leads from people who want quotes and sell them to a maximum of 3 companies that provide services for Real estate loan in the areas that they cover. How my system works currently 1. We have a Gravity forms license to renew in developer to capture leads and sell them to companies registered on my website, plus a gravityview license 2. We have a form to record companies, with their data and preferences of leads 3. We have a form to capture leads from people that ask quotes for work services at home 4. We use woocommerce to sell "leads" at companies (contacts of the people who want the quotes) then we do a product manually 5. We use mailchimp to inform companies of the availability of leads according to their preferences Unfortunately everything is made manually without automation. How the systems should work in the future The system should get a leads, and after being accepted, should send an email notification to the companies that covering a "field of work" and "location" An example of an interesting plugin is this: [login to view URL] unfortunately it doesn't use gravity forms and just the leads is approved, the system sends an email notification to all registered companies, while I would like that just leads is approved should sends an email notification only the companies that cover a field of work and location and not ALL without preferences.
