Python API data decoder

We have project that uses an API to extract data, we do not want to modify the API and we want to extract certain information from the data dump. There are two parts to the project: 1. Extract a list of devices names and ID, the format for the data is : u'id': xxxxxx, u'name': u'yyyyyyyy'}]} xxx is the device ID and yyyy is the name of the device 2. Extract the data and timestamp, the format for the data is: {u'value': xxxx, u'time': yyyyyyy} xxx is the sensor value and the yyyy is the time stamp I have contained an example of the data in the attached file. Ideally we want the data to be stored in an array, but just extracting the data would be fine The code needs to be in Python3
