Python script xls to sql + optional php

The project is divided in two part: 1) Python Script -> Read an Excel File: all the sheets (see attachment) -> the sheets have this format [login to view URL]:variableName -> [login to view URL] can have several variables in the example is only three (F_B1_H , F_B2_H, F_B3_H) but the script should be able to group for each [login to view URL] all the variables please note that the variable name i.e: F_B1_H are not the real one so the script should work with any variableName. -> the two values per each sheet are important: the timestamp and the value (see example) -> Create a single Excel Sheet with all the values and with an header for each [login to view URL]:variablename -> connect to a mysql database -> create tables named SURNAME for each SURNAME in the excel (create if not exist) -> create fields in each table caleld variableName (in the example F_B1_H , F_B2_H, F_B3_H) -> add (append) the timestamp and the value to a new row for each table as found in the excel file 2) Php + bootstrap Nice visualization of the data from the SQL database each SURNAME with all the values recorded specify if in the bid you think you can use a chart javascript such as [login to view URL] to graph the timeseries for each SURNAME
