simple backend / frontend web design task

I need to get developed a webserver for receiving and displaying data from certain sensing devices. Description of required functionality is as below. Backend / Receiving Data from sensing devices ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- The sensing devices (hereafter referred to as AquaTag(s) ) will send data using HTTP GET to webserver. The data format is as follow [URL]?data=[Tag ID]_[Time Stamp]_[Sensor ID 1]^[Sensor Data 1]_ [Sensor ID 2]^[Sensor Data 2] Where Tag ID : Alphanumeric Time Stamp : UNIX timestamp Sensor IDs 1 : Temperature Sensor : Sample data -40.2 2 : Accelerometer : Sampe Data -2.2,1.9,0.22 (i.e. X,Y,Z) 3 : Magnatometer : Sampe Data -2.2,1.9,0.22 (i.e. X,Y,Z) 4 : Pressure Sensor : Sample data 232.22 5 : Battery Sensor : Sample data 4.2 6 : GPS : Sample Data : 3150.8617,N,11711.9038,E A Sample HTTP GET from Tag is as follow [URL]?data=Sensea1_1584351722_1^23.4_ 3^-2.2,1.9,0.22_5^3.2 The webserver upon receipt of data should store it in a DB (SQL, mysql or other) Frontend / User interface ----------------------------------------- User interface / frontend of webserver will create a simple interface to display data stored in DB. After a basic (single hardcoded user ID / pass) logon, a list of all Tags in the DB will be displayed. Upon selection of a Tag, a list of Sensors of that Tag against which data is found in database will be displayed. User will be able to select Sensor, input date/time range and obtain 1. Table and Graph (selectable) for Sensor data 2. Table and Map (selectable) for GNSS locations (arrow head lines showing direction of movement i.e. increasing timestamps) I am looking for someone that can create nice visuals / appearance / graphics
