Hi. freelancers! I'd like to build website to send sms more than 20000 per month. The price when I send one sms to the other country must be less than $0.005. Requirement is clear. The objective is to development of a SMS server without using sms service Already have a developed solution in JAVA to send /receive SMS with using HSPA 3G modem.
