UBER Lyft Dashboard

I'm looking to create a dashboard that interfaces with UBER and Lyft. When Launched it would then Launch both driver apps and show basic info from both. When a Ride request comes in it automatically switches to that app and waits for the drivers decision to either accept or decline the ride. If ride accepted it will (in the background) go offline and close the other app. When ride is completed and ready to accept another ride it will go back to the dashboard and relaunch and go online the previously closed app. If the ride is declined it simply returns to the dashboard app. This needs to be a simple app that allows a driver to effortlessly operate both UBER and Lyft without having to manually switch back and forth.
