1. Simple web page to take data from a csv file(which acts like a database with over 150 fields of employee info) 2. ID/Name is the unique field, another 3. ID/name grouped under level 1 Manager/Role/Business 4. Load a new form with option to select any number of fields from the db, based on multiple ID selection or level 1 Manager/Role/Business. Along with 3/ 4 additional fields for data updation 5. First additional field for ticket#(date+time), second for issue type, thrid for updating a comment or description. 6. A submission button to create a csv file with creator name along with date and time 7. Then save it to the shared file server
