web form for upload, resize and rename a photo

Hi, i need a simple web application: Password protected page with form Form divided in 2 steps, first step user have numeric field and file upload field submitting go to second page where can upload another image optionally and can't modify the numeric field images will be resized to 1280x960@72 dpi check is image is in landscape and rotate to portrait before resize image quality set to have a good quality in less hard disk space images must be renamed using this pattern: 121.numericfield_1 and 121.numericfield_2 on second page 2 buttons: start new document - upload rear after uploaded the rear show a success message and redirect to start a new upload after sucessufully uploaded, renamed and resized, images must be pushed to ftp server check if image is already on that server and overwrite.
