------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Web Scraping (Products+Categories from eshop into CSV/XML) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1. I need to scrape/parse PRODUCTS & CATEGORIES from [login to view URL] into CSV/XML file. 2. I'll need to be able to run the import regularly, so I need some kind of "script" (preferably PHP) that I can upload to my hosting and I can run it anytime. 3. This script will create and save CSV/XML file (file name must contain the date+time of creation). 4. This CSV/XML must be compatible with "WP All Import Pro" plugin. My eshop runs woocommerce and I use "WP All Import Pro" plugin for importing, which reads CSV/XML files. For more info about the CSV/XML file structure please see: - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] Script will scrape data from [login to view URL] eshop: - all categories (and their structure) - all products included in them Product will include: - The category name (tree) where the product belongs (eg Luxury gifts > Gift boxes) - Product name - Product Code (Catalog) - for variable products it's different for each product variation - Amount in stock - for variable products it's different for each product variation - Main image (link) - for variable products it's different for each product variation - Other Images (link) - Vignette bestseller, news, etc. - Rating (stars) - Price - for variable products it's different for each product variation - Parameters for variable products - e.g. [login to view URL] - Color (colored rings eg in pens category) - if possible, read the colors in the form of #ffffff (hexacode) (for variable products it's different for each product variation - eg [login to view URL]) - Product details - Name of Parameter > Value (all parameters contained in this section) Script also needs to remove the duplicates. If the product is in more than one category (tree) level, it must not be duplicated in the CSV/XML file, but it is necessary to merge these products into one, that will contain all categories where it's placed. I'm opened to your suggestions if you have better/easier way how this can be done.
