Webshop restructuring updating for the buying process and marketing

We have a working webshop for media files but our traffic and conversion is jumping up and down due to the sign up process. We need to simplify the buying process and at the same time find a better way to get the products under the attention of our potential client. So the best would be if we have a developer which has also SEO and marketing skills. This is a very interesting startup but we need some low budget support now.
