At my business s_ch_00_l, as a part of our cla_ss_es focused on the practical knowledge usage we are obligated to "start a new enterprise project" in groups - in order to meet and learn by solving all the difficulties that will show up.
In our group, we have decided to run a simple internet project - something like price comparison engine. We are looking for an experienced, reliable and honest person to help us with the technical issues. Help in this case means doing all technical work, basing on our project. We assume that our project - already working as a model in MS Excel will be transferred / translated into PHP, MySQL, CMS template (etc. or something else what it takes - you are the tech-guy) to work like our MS Excel model and it's description; and to look strictly like our layout in MS PowerPoint.
Our priority is quality, but the total cost is also very important. So generally we cannot pay you basing on your time of work but on the result. It is crucial for us to estimate the final total cost at the beginning. So I would like to ask if it is fine for you?
If yes, would you like to estimate the total cost (at least a range of), to tell us what technology you propose to use and what problems do you expect to come up (if any), what do you think could be simplified to make a project easier / doable for you?
