Wordpress Business Directory Theme Customization - Budget $75

Need customization to this site [login to view URL] (I will provide Theme) Customization is below. The color scheme can stay the same (Yellow/Black and white). Please follow ONLY the instructions below. All content on any pages that I did not mention below should be 100% deleted. The only content I want on all pages is the top bars and the content that should go on that page. Below explains the content that should go on each page. (this wordpress them has a geo location feature that shows the users location when they are using the site on their phone).
