I have a wordpress plugin [login to view URL] It takes input as string from database table and search for products from different - different merchants and if particular product is found it add it as woo-commerce product . I want someone to enable Reg-Ex too in product search to ensure strict matching is done and only relevant products are fetched and added to database . Example : If i search for string " Buy target high CD" Currently it is also searching tshirts etc etc ( no relevant ) products and adding to database . If we enable Reg-EX then searched -data from different merchants will be compared and only relevant will be listed Enabling Reg Ex can be done via checkbox in plugin as a option itself . This is very minor code update and I am expecting short completion time . Payment Terms : No upfront payment will be made . Payment will be made via milestone post testing , validation of work Basically we are using Content egg plugin to fetch product data from different merchant Content egg searches for product based on product title Currently content egg is also searching irrelevant data and adding to the product we can improve and remove this bug in below way 1) implement Regex ( regular expression search with score in plugin ) like say we search for string "iphone black 32 gb" 3 lets say with his search we got 5 results out of 5 4 were valid and 1 was actaully iphone phone cover so regex search score for 4 products were 100% whereas for 1 product score was 25% so we will reject the product having less score feature has to be implemented in such a way that admin can mention this score criteria for acceptance and rejection of product 2) implement price / cost allowable difference in plugin option / settings in above example we will set base price as price of product whose score is 100% now price for the same from different merchants will be fetched / for same and different product the iphone price will be lets say 100$ but phone cover will be of 2$ so we specify difference of price in plugin option in %age ( percentage) those products whose price are out of range of specified %age price we filter it
