Need someone to create following functionality with wordpress. The site will consist of 2 pages with user input fields, when user opens the page it should create new session for that IP and store that session with all the input fields that user enters in DB that can be seen from admin panel as post type. Also when url query string with post id is present, page should populate input fields from DB corresponding to that id. Page should send user data from input fields to DB with AJAX while user is filling the fields. Two things will need to be created wordpress theme, we already have html and css for the 2 pages that site will have, you will need to convert it into installable theme. And wordpress plugin that will achieve described functionality for the site. Additional details will be explained for people who want to work on it and price agreed after more discussions.

I have read your description and understand that you need a site which will contain 2 pages with input fields to be filled in by the visitor, when the user opens the page it will create a session variable using user IP and store it with the details filed in database and show this in wordpress admin under a custom post type. Also can load the fields from the query string corresponding to that ID as stored earlier. As you already have the HTML, CSS of the pages will convert that to a Wordpress Theme which you can install by uploading a zip file and create a custom plugin so when activated will create the above functionality and post type. I am a 10 years experienced WP developer working from when WP was in its infancy and fully aware of all its actions, hooks, custom posts, taxonomies, sidebars, widgets and plugins code.
