XML & CSV - Data import organization - Magento 1.9

We are seeking someone that has great talent with Magento, XML, CSV and Excel, and that is very comfortable with the process of importing products on a Magento website. We work with an organization that uses standardized data for products relating to the automotive industry. Your task will be to configure our Magento website to easily import data from the organization providing the standardized XML files. We will provide you with one XML file of the products, and one export of our products from our website (CSV). -You will have to identify which field from the XML file is the same as the CSV file (warning: most of the names of the attributes are different on one file versus the other file) -You will have to identify the missing attributes from our website, and tell us where the attribute must be created. - "PIES" data is the product information. - DIGAST is the Digital assets and Images for the products -"ACES" data is "what vehicle can I install this product on". You must be extremely comfortable with product attributes. We want to import as much of the data as possible, in all 3 categories of data. If you do not know what a Tariff code is or what a CTO is, or are confused by the concept of 'year' 'make' 'model', you should probably avoid this project... This project will take 5-10 serious hours for an expert. It will take 100-200 hours to someone who does not have experience. The person without experience will want us to pay more money for project, once they realize what they need to learn, in order to succeed with this project. We are seeking an expert.
