New small module for prestashop 1.7

New small module for prestashop I need a new 1.7 prestashop module that allow me to apply discounts or surcharge on price based on : 1) payment method 2) specific product Ex: -- Retail price for product A1 is $20, if client opt for Credit card payment the price would be 18 but if the payment method is cash, price would be $15 -- Retail price for product A2 is $10, if client opt for Direct Bank Transfers, the price would be 10 but if the payment method is cash, price would be $9 -- Retail price for product A3 is $30, if client opt for Credit card payment the price would be 20 but if the payment method is Bank Transfers, price would be $30 So, discounts or surcharges not only depend on the method payments, but also depend on each item, so this rule should be manually applied by each item, Bear in mind that more than two payment methods could be needed Very important, discount or surcharge could be applied based on a fixed value or % Lastly, my budget for this is $100 USD Thanks in advance
