Some tech support and advice

I'd like some technical help and advice in creating a Prezi presentation. I've already subscribed to Prezi Classic but I just started creating a presentation in Prezi Next. When I tried to create a chart, it appears that this feature is not available in Prezi Next. I have successfully created charts before in Prezi Classic. The Prezi 'help' forums and menus are the usual big corporate crap. I've wasted time trying to find the answer with no luck. I just want to find someone who knows and am prepared to pay for this and probably for future advice as I prepare a very detailed, long term presentation.
