Dear Sir,
I have experience in design miniature circuits. I would like to provide you my expertise for you successful project. If you are intending to implement Bluetooth, I prefer you nRF51822 Microchip, which has Cortex M0 CPU with embedded Bluetooth Low Energy capability. nRF51822 comes with QFN 6mm by 6mm package, And WLCSP 3.50 to 3.83mm package. QFN package is much reliable, If its possible to fit in. However, nRF51822 require few external components like, Capacitors, Inductors, Resistors. If you are having difficulty with nRF51822, then I prefer you DA14580 as a backup solution. DA14580 Also has same functionality, but no external components. Also comes with 3.4mm by 3.4mm WLSCP pakage which ideal to your requirement.
Once you come up with the hardware solution, your device must be programmed as HID device. Bluetooth Low Energy has profile call HID keyboard. Implementing HID key board in to your device and configure the Key values as (Left Mouse Button, Strg+F4, F4, Strg+R), You will be able to send selected commands in to PC.
This is my brief explanation about how to send Key board values via Bluetooth Low Energy.
Best Wishes.
