Build Django Wagtail statistics site for ads

This site are for statistical informations for another company that running ads in TV We want use many dynamically 3D graphs [login to view URL] Type of filters how often are ad on tv/ compare with many tv , comparing with competitors, filter ads--> daily, weekly, montly and more... 1, filtering 1 exactly AD by company for example coca-cola 2, filtering All Ads by same company for example coca-cola 3, Filtering ad/ads when and on what TV running 4, comparing/watching Ads with competittors for example coca-cola vs mcdonald 5, Have option to realtime sending information that ad "coca-cola" now its on CNN for example 6, Later ------ > Have option to show cut from video offline Ads and show as proof that was really in TV 7, Have option to download Ads that was running in TV -- > for example download [login to view URL] video 8, Make app for better clarify name of ad -- for example result in DB [login to view URL] --- > Replace Name, Name of company, category( sugar, sport, bank, healty) 9, Subscription --- > 2 month free , after paid subscription 10, Show where are real ads position of coca-cola --- > coca-cola, mcdonald, ........... ---> = 1 position -- i will explain this system Site must be running under wsgi !
