Build windows ftp app

Windows application which will allow multiple files to be sent by FTP with a Code 39 barcode cover sheet. I want project to be done in Python. Feel free to re-use code you have or you find. Must be delivered as installable windows program. In my job I have to save files to desktop individually, print them off and feed them into the scanner with the pre-printed barcode coversheet to load them into the appropriate space in the application. This project has 4 main parts: 1) Create the cover sheet as PDF using the file number entered in the top box to find the unique identifier needed to generate the PDF cover. 2) accept multiple files by drag and drop process. 3) FTP to a specified address 4) drag & drop into a pdf splitter.
