Greetings, I can download a large csv from url, then delete the columns and change csv name, upload it to another server via sftp, and send an email via smtp. You could specify the options (url, server to upload, columns to delete, final file name) in code. I will put options into seperate file for ease of use. If you wish, for some extra cash, we could also either give it a ui with tkinter. It wouldn't look very pretty but It will do the job. or we could make it a webserver with small interface, put it on a free heroku webserver and you could run the script by connecting to website. Awk is usually the best tool for filtering columns and the sftp upload is likely just an scp. Unless there is some unforeseen complexity, I will be able to fix this for you within a couple of hours.
