There is a good paper explaining the algorithm titled "RCPSP with Combined Precedence Relations and Resource Calendars". paper has been read Well, I only skimmed through the paper to be honest, it is quite detailed. I recently implemented TSP, rule-based classifier, differential evolution, so I have some experience with GAs, though I would need more time to read the paper thoroughly, understand all the details and implement it.
