Make our sport analytics platform look cool!

We are a startup working in the sport analytics sector. We have built a plaftorm for data analytics in React. We are ready with the database and all the infrastructure but the interface is very poor (we are all engineers). The webapp consist in one page where the user is able to see videos and data aligned and go fwd and backward to see how the data changed. Then 3 more pages where the user can select and filter data and analyze it. We need someone to make it look cool, with some experience in data visualization. Here attached an example of one of the platform pages (it looks awful, we know!)
