Hello, I am a 3D designer and Animator with experience in architectural visualization. I am capable of creating this high quality and photorealistic render and animation. This is my workflow. I will receive the floor plan of this residential building in CAD or PDF format. I will input the files into 3DS Max and model the interiors as well as exterior. Then I will import into Cinema 4D which is better for animation and photorealistic rendering. After rendering the animation, I will edit the animation in Premiere Pro to produce the final output.
