Hello, I'm really interested in being a Customer Support and Marketing Assistant for your company (HoloAsh). I understand and can do all the responsibilities you put, my only weak point could be Social Media content creation but I can work and learn on that. I'm also really interested in Mental Health and Psychology.
I have a lot of experience in customer service and being a virtual assistant. I can manage accounts and I have worked in the management of online stores (Amazon, Shopify, Mercadolibre). I have experience using Microsoft office programs, google apps, QuickBooks, zendesk, slac k, skyp e, dialpad, c-panel, and other VA / Admin software. I also have experience in data entry (Inventory, products), email and ticket handling, live chat, and call support, booking, scheduling, etc.
I have a high English level, native Spanish fluency and can talk basic Portuguese.
I will be available 8 hours per day, 7 days per week and can be more time if needed. My preferred schedule is 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM PST but I might be able to rotate if necessary.
