Hello, I would offer the following solution, 1. LabVIEW GUI for storing attendance in Excel format. 2. Arduino mini code for reading RFID tags and updating LabVIEW with entry/exit time of students using RTC or (just in/out ) if that's too the case. The data will be exchanged using UDP over Ethernet shield as requested. If you like the structure, we may start working on it. I already have 125kHz RFID reader with cards. I also made similar interaction (using USB ) few months ago on another freelancing website. So we already have a starting point.
