Create a Python 3.6.5 script to "load" data into either a DB2 or MS SQL server local/remote database

Looking for someone with good Python, DB2, and MS SQL Server skills to create a Python 3.6.5 script to load data into a table in either a DB2 or Microsoft SQL database based on command line arguments. See attached file for requirements, details, and sample data. Successful candidate will be selected based on; * Cost * Delivery time * Documented skills to perform the task (familiarity with Python, DB2, and MS SQL Server). * Proposal responses that outline recommended approach to address script requirements with emphasis on; o Proposed approach for the DB2/SQL Load processes o Proposed approach for performing the loads securely * Feedback * Samples of prior Python projects relating to DB work I thank those who wish to be considered and understand that your time is important.
