Hello, I am a Software Engineer specializing in end-to-end Web Development with expertise building solutions that utilize Google's GSuite platform. I'll be frank, with the current budget your project as described is simply not viable. Given your project description and your feature specifications spreadsheet, building a custom CRM to meet those requirements solely using the GSuite platform would run 8x to 10x your proposed budget with dev time spanning several months (where some features may prove to be infeasible). And you also have to consider the cost of maintaining a custom platform. I wager the majority of those bidding on this project will try to steer you towards a different platform(likely non-gsuite) and dev stack with hopes to leverage existing CRM frameworks and/or libraries to remain within budget. My offer won't be much different but I at least can offer integration with GSuite. To meet your budget requirements I strongly recommended leveraging an existing CRM platform such as Zoho or Pipedrive and then having a developer such as myself build GSuite integrations on top of said platform. I have an experience of 3 years in Web application and my language is PHP. I keep on doing Google app script small projects. I know Google app script very well. Can I work as an Assistant in this product. If I work in this project I will learn a lot.
