Help Me Design and Build a MVP Web Application

Hello! I am a consultant and I'm looking to build a web app that would help me to solve problems for my clients. I've dabbled with a enough "hello world" tutorials to know that I know just enough to be dangerous. :-) What I am looking for is assistance in getting this tool/platform off the ground in the form of a minimum viable product (MVP). The first step (I think) is in the design of the stack - but welcome to take suggestions from the community. Every decision has pro's and con's so what I'd like to know is what you'd select and why. Based on your thinking I'd like the selected person(s) to build the MVP according to that design... but also happy to split it up if that makes more sense. I hear you asking what it is I am looking for. We'll, the truth is I'm not sure exactly what this may evolve into but I have an idea of where I'd like to start and it all pretty much relates to the easy manipulation of data. I think an example might be useful. This is super simple but bear with me. Let's say a company has a list of items/products and they want to change the description of said products. Let's assume we have access to that data and can store it in our data store of choice. Done. Now, what I would want to be able to configure in the application is the ability to manipulate that data through a configurable user interface. I have attached a very simple mockup of the kind of configuration I'm thinking of (page 1) and the interface for the end user (page 2). I have also include a different type of interface in the form of a pivot grid (page 3) but that would definitely be out of scope of the MVP. I do not think this in itself is unique but it is only the starting point. To be clear, the scope of this would be just to define the design.
