Integrate Auto dialer with custom CRM

I am looking for a developer who can build out a predictive dialer within our crm so that users can handle calls right from the browser. It needs to be an autodialer that works with some sort of queue based on priority that will auto dial new contacts (leads) coming in, as well as a few other scenarios. As long as a user is set to available he will receive calls automatically. The user can also go unavailable at anytime which will take him out of the queue. There will also be front-end development work that will need to be done within vuejs to integrate this functionality into the CRM.
