reminder application (in C# and ASP.NET with SQL Server backend)

Need a program to send reminders out via email (should be written in C# as a console application which can be run as a scheduled task - without requiring any user input - and should log to its activity to a log file). Should be able to specify SMTP credentials for sending emails (eg. SMTP IP and Port, username, password, TLS, etc) Per the data model outlined below, reminders will be configured in the "reminders" table. The subject of the email should be the value in the remindertitle field. The message body would be remindertext, followed by a CRLF and then "Click to confirm:" followed by a CRLF and then a link to click to confirm The link should be to a ASP.NET C# web application which updates the confirmed and confirmtime fields in the reminderssent field when clicked The days and times to send reminders are defined by the remindertimes table. Weekday would be one of M,T,W,R,F,S,U, which would correspond with Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, respectively. ReminderTime would be in the format HH:MM If the reminder is not confirmed within the number of hours defined in escalationhours, then a notification should be sent to the emails defined in the escalationemails field. Subject should be "OVERDUE: " followed by the value in the remindertitle field.
