Your tasks Your commitment to develop our Enterprise Data Warehouse Solution in an international environment in factory team Being part of an international Agile/Scrum delivery team Translating business mappings into detailed technical mappings Using ODI technologies for Data Warehouse development Metadata driven development with Continuous Integration Unit testing of the developed software components Contributing to design and implementation of data models Writing technical documentation Your qualification Adequate technical education (Technical School or suitable University degree) 4−5 years professional experience in Data Warehouse development Good experience with Data Warehouse patterns Excellent SQL, ETL/ELT know how, very good data modelling and database know how (Teradata is a plus) Good ODI, Datastage, Informatica or SSIS programming skills, knowledge about data driven development (DDD) Used to collaborate via Jira, Confluence and modern chatting tools Good know how of Continuous Integration- and source code management-tools (Gradle, SVN, GIT, Jenkins, SonarQube) Very good analytical skills (analyse specifications and translate requirements to task specifications) Agile mind-set and practical experience with Scrum/Kanban Banking know how is an asset Soft Skills Pro-active attitude and team orientation Excellent communication skills in a multi-cultural environment Very good command of English (mandatory). Hi, I'm a DWH/BI expert from Bulgaria (EU) with 8+ years of experience in the field. I'm well aware of the full BI projects life-cycle and my proficiency covers: 1. Collecting and compiling the business requirements - data source analysis, metrics, KPIs 2. Technical analysis and DWH design - I'm familiar with the fundamental Data Warehouse concepts: staging area, data marts, dimensional modeling etc., as well as with the different DWH design techniques (Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault) 3. PM - converting all requirements to technical tasks: 4. Implementation of the most important parts: - ETL, Database ERD, MOLAP/ROLAP/other cubes, Metrics I don't have much experience in the visualization and dash-boarding part. At my permanent jobs I've worked on large Data Warehouse projects and as a freelancer I've designed and implemented several mid-sized DWH-es from scratch. Also, over the years I've gained experience on many different BI tools. Just to name a few: 1. RDBMS: MySQL, MSSQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Teradata and a few others. 2.
