SVG and CSS animation expert required

I am a designer and illustrator working with a client on a new business web site. I have a number of header images and smaller images created in illustrator. The client would like to have some of the elements animated to make them more dynamic. This would include making an object rock back and forth, having a little line graph grow from nothing and having it on repeat etc. I am looking to work with someone on these (the client is always asking for new images and will need changes in the future so there is scope for future collaboration). There are a number of images and I will send a detailed list for a more accurate quote. When applying, please direct me to examples of your previous animation work. UK only please.
