Telemarketing needed

Project Description: We are a Melbourne, Australia cleaning company that offers various cleaning services to businesses throughout Melbourne, Australia. Scope of work: - We are looking for outbound calling salespeople to generate qualified sales leads. - All sales reps must have a clear English speaking voice with no foreign accent. - Must have outbound cleaning telemarketing and sales experience. - Pay will be per lead based on volume and capability of you. - You would be responsible for finding out: a. the businesses area square meters, b. whether or not they are using a cleaning service, c. if they are happy with the current cleaning provider, d. how much they are currently paying e. and setting up an appointment to provide a bid. - We want to target businesses/offices/schools in Melbourne - You need to use your own script and approved by us. - All other customer service is handled by us once the appointment is made. 1. We will pay on per lead basis. A qualified lead is considered an appointment where our sales reps goes and bids with a potential client. 2. No Upfront fees will be paid. 3. We are seeking companies or individuals that can provide high quality sales leads that result in CLOSED deals. 4. Companies or individuals with knowledge and experience in commercial cleaning account sales will be considered above other applicants. 5. We pay per appointment, get as many appointments per week as you can. We pay immediately after we have gone on the scheduled appointment. 6. When you are bidding on this project please bid per appointment (i.e. $5.00, $10.00, $15.00, etc.) 7. We are a large cleaning service and are looking to ramp up our sales efforts; we have lots of work and are looking to build a long lasting relationship with a qualified company. Minimum of 2 leads per day
