I have experience in the customer service and telemarketing area (1 year) as i had worked with both Dynamic international airways and grupo noa international as their representative.

Hello there, My name is Edward Samuel an Anglo-Indian residing in Chiangmai,Thailand. I am a bachelor's degree holder in business management with 10 plus years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer support and management. I also did work for a couple of Multinational Companies like Accenture as a HR consultant and with Wipro Technologies as a technical support agent with AT&T and as an office manager with Sears Holdings corporation. I have a good exposure in calling profiles right from sales, marketing, customer service, team leader and in managment with many different projects and products.
