Presentation-explainer 3D video representing interiors with effects

Gentle Freelancers, I'm working on a project for the startup of a Franchising. The business will regard the creation of a network of TradingCafè offering value added services. I would need a presentation-explainer video representing 3D interiors populated by people with video effects describing the offered technological services. The result should be similar to the following video (SAME QUALITY AND EFFECTS): [login to view URL] The video will show an imaginary franchesee point (500 mq) with the description of every part of the place and the detail of the relative offered services. The place will be a sort of highly technological cafè with multidisplay computer desks, meeting room, conference room, coaching rooms, dovelopment rooms, lounge room, reception and bar, modern style furnished, with elegant office design and a basic theme (a colour and a specific style for the forniture). The most important thing is describing the services offered in every part of the space and not just the specific design, style or location (being imaginary and susceptible to change).
