Fix two things in my Blender files

I have a stained glass windows that looks terrible when i render it and I need someone to improve the looks and tell me what is wrong, for example are my shaders bad or is it my lighting or some other rendering setting? Also I cannot figure out why my cog keeps moving out of place when I scale everything uniformly up maybe you can figure this out I am sure you can, I need the cog to be a scale of 1.35 instead of the scale it started off at which is 0.090. Scale all the other objects uniformly up too and please tell me how you did it without wrecking cog animation because I will have to scale everything down after fluid simulation is ran on my computer. I will provide the blend files for both small projects, payment will be made in full after I have review that you have fixed both problems.
